1. What We Collect

When you sign up, we store your email address and a hashed password. When you use ColdMail, we store your campaign names, recipient data (from your CSV), and AI-generated emails.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized cold emails using AI
• To provide your account and campaign history
• We never sell, share, or rent your data to third parties

3. AI Processing

Campaign data (names, companies, roles) is sent to OpenAI's API (via API2D proxy) to generate personalized emails. No data is used to train AI models. Processing happens on our server, not in your browser.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication (NextAuth.js). No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. Our built-in analytics are anonymous and cookie-free.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. Delete your account by contacting us, and all your data will be removed within 7 days.

6. Third-Party Services

• OpenAI (via API2D) — AI email generation
• PayPal — Payment processing (optional, Pro only)
• Let's Encrypt — SSL certificates

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Access all your data in your dashboard
• Delete campaigns and emails anytime
• Request full account deletion (email us)
