What makes ColdMail different from other email tools?

Most tools just fill in [Name] and [Company]. ColdMail analyzes each recipient's role and company to change the entire email angle — a CEO gets strategy talk, a CTO gets tech talk, a VP Sales gets revenue talk. Every email is genuinely unique.

Is the free tier really free?

Yes. 10 personalized emails per month, no credit card required, no time limit. Upgrade to Pro ($29/month via PayPal) for unlimited generations.

What data do I need in my CSV?

Just a name per line. Company and role are optional but recommended — they help the AI write better emails. Format: Name, Company, Role.

How does the AI work?

ColdMail uses GPT-4o-mini via a secure API. Your CSV data is sent to the AI, which generates personalized emails. No data is used to train models. Processing happens server-side, not in your browser.

Can I edit the generated emails?

Absolutely. Every email has an Edit button. After editing, export the entire campaign as CSV with one click.

How many recipients per campaign?

Up to 200 recipients per campaign. You can create unlimited campaigns on the Pro plan.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Settings → click Upgrade to Pro → you'll be redirected to PayPal ($29/month). After payment, your account is upgraded immediately.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your PayPal subscription anytime. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Emails and campaign data are only accessible by you. We use HTTPS encryption. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

What's your refund policy?

If ColdMail doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
